Extensive business and intercultural expertise gained through global leadership roles  

In over 30 years of leadership experience, I have managed complex projects, stabilized companies and divisions during critical phases, and taken on responsibility in challenging transition and crisis situations as a CEO, executive, troubleshooter, and interim manager. I have built and realigned international sales organizations, driven growth, led digital transformations, and successfully integrated companies.

My responsibilities included:

• international sales regions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

• growth regions comprising more than 20 countries

• global and national organizations

• serving on the board of directors

• up to assuming overall responsibility for a Swiss company following an acquisition

In doing so, I have refined business models, implemented strategies, and transformed and developed organizations
