Reto W. Berner
Executive for Transformation & Growth

If you're here, it's likely that one of these situations has arisen:

• A leadership position is vacant, and it takes months to fill it.
• New orders plummet before revenue figures reflect the decline.
• Post-acquisition integration is progressing more slowly than anticipated.
• The sales model is no longer supporting the growth targets.
• A succession plan is needed, and the transition requires a steady hand.

In situations like these, I take charge—operationally, from day one, with results that last long after I'm gone
