Interim Management

Interim Manager for Transformation and Growth

In challenging situations, companies need leaders who can quickly take charge and provide direction.

As an interim manager, I help organizations stabilize critical phases, implement changes, and guide teams safely through periods of transition.

Specific experience:

Initial Situation: A critical large-scale project (Defense) facing technical issues, schedule delays, and the threat of contractual penalties.

Assignment: Stabilize the project, ensure project objectives (costs, deadlines, and performance) are met, and restore credibility.

Result: Successful FAT, declaration of operational readiness, and adherence to milestones for series production.

Initial Situation: A French sales organization with 80 employees; leadership position vacant; revenue targets no longer achievable after the first half of the year.

Assignment: Interim leadership for seven months; realignment of revenue targets; orderly handover to permanent leadership.

Result: Targets realistically readjusted and achieved; organization stabilized; successor trained and handover completed.

Initial Situation: The region with the highest revenue in Germany, but no growth; heavy reliance on existing business; low new customer acquisition.

Assignment: Ensure business continuity, realign the sales focus, and implement structured sales processes. Interim Sales Leader for 9 months.

Result: Stabilization of the business, close customer contact, implementation of sales KPIs, and improved revenue forecasting.

In times of acute crisis, it is important to quickly ensure continuity and achieve results
